I saw that on Facebook.  Love it!  We have ruby throated hummingbirds only where I live.  They will only feed one at a time at the feeder.  They fight in mid-air if another one tries to come to the feeder at the same time.  I love watching them.  I've had my feeder out a couple of weeks now.  I'm thinking about putting a second one at the kitchen window.  I usually do that but haven't yet.

I would love to see multiple hummingbirds feeding or bathing together like they do out west.

We have 6 feeders and fill them every day.  We only have Ruby Throated birds here in the east.

I have seen females share the feeders, but never males.  Too macho I guess!

Those appear to me to be Rufous Hummers.  They are extremely aggressive; I call them Mr. Nasty.  They show up mid-summer here and chase everyone else off.  We mostly have Anna's Hummingbirds, no Ruby Throat.   The Rufous looks like shiny, polished copper in the sun.  Here he is.

Ohhhhhh, I wish I had a water feature full of  hummers....it's so hot now, that I can't put a feeder out......but I see them hover in the waterfall spillway that goes into the pool !
