You gave it a valiant effort second half, but you weren't even the same team first half. From 31 to 0 to 31 to 24. With injuries all season, you still managed to give your "blood, sweat, and tears" for the 12's. Thanks for a great season. Congrats Carolina Panthers

They did a proficient job eliminating the Vikings, although I think for the most part the Vikings beat themselves.

Although I pulled for the Panthers, I do always feel badly for all players that work hard to get this far. Seahawks just did not bring their game to the 1st half. They all still should be proud

I am sad.....but, they did their best.... Hopefully next year they will have less injuries.

What I appreciate so much about the organization is they are straight forward about their loss, no excuses, and they always compliment the other team. Pete Carroll was a gentleman to the end, told the players how much he loved his football clulb, gave kudos to the opposing team, and spoke about the coming year ahead with optimism in the Seattle after game show. After the horrible showing in the first half, I am so proud of how they turned it around. In the second half, the only enemy was the clock. I am also sad for Marshawn Lynch...just back after a long surgical recovery and this is it. I don't think he will return to football next year at all.

I am a Panthers fan, no denying. But, I still feel for the loosing team.
Remember, Y'all put us out of the Big Game in 2005, we've done a bunch of growing and come through lots since then too.
So, as Satchel Page said, "The sun don't shine on the same dog's a$$ all the time." Maybe it's just our time - I hope.
Best to you.

While I am a Buffalo Bills fan there have always been a couple of other teams I admire. Seattle, the Broncos and the Packers are those teams. I really like Seattle and I love Russell Wilson. He went to NC State when my daughter was there and she was in a few of his classes. He is really such a great guy and did so much for local charities when he was here. He still visits and every time he is here he visits the pediatric oncology and other hospital wards to see the kids. They love to see him.
I live in NC but I was completely rooting for them.
