Not even 4th of July yet and they are showing a sweater as the TSV.

I think they must have a much higher profitability on winter clothing because QVC really cuts short the summer clothing buying season.

They've been selling summer clothes since the end of February.  There are many places where a sweater would feel good about now.  Not every place is sweltering.   There are still plenty of summer clothes to be shown but it's winding down everywhere, not just QVC.

For me, this is a year round sweater.  Seems lightweight, 3/4 sleeves. coral and jade colors. Wouldn't get as much use in Summer as in the other seasons.   It is always freezing in our office and I would definiltely wear this sweater to work.  Went to dinner at a local restaurant this evening and it was very cold there.  I wore one of Susan Graver's Cotton Modal Jackets in White.  They could raise their profit by lower electric bills if they would keep the air conditioning at a tolerable temperature  It does seem tho that the clearance items are summer.  The fashion industry is gearing up for Fall

@Kachina624    Still 98° in PHX at 10:30 p.m.    Worst stretch of bad weather I've been in since the Blizzard of '67 in Chicago.    And YES, I'd rather have the heat!  Summer clothes are pretty picked-over in the stores around here.  di

I hear you...  I would wear this going to the dentist.  Always cold sitting waiting for them to clean my teeth..  this one looks light enough to wear.   I'm in Texas and it's too hot to wear outside.. Woman Wink

Easy pass for me....longer back ruined the look. That's okay ended up with restocking Pima cotton along with shoes and watch.

With the sites having mid year clearance on spring/summer wears and goods, we'll be seeing fall lineups here within a momth or so.

I always remembered summer was 'over' right after the 4th of July. Bathing suits were in short supply......coats were out in the stores and there were "back to School" ads already....

I think QVC just goes with the flow...

I'm in the mid-Atlantic area.  This morning (6/26) I'll be wearing a cardigan when I go out to exercise this morning.  I see no problem with offering this particular cardigan at this time of year.  However, I don't do peplums, so I won't be buying.
