Facebook question

I have been on FB for a while now and this has just come up. Someone who is not a friend sent me a personal message but I don't see it. Is there somewhere that I should be looking? I have seen posts before by people saying to check your other folder but I don't even see folders anywhere.

Any help would be most appreciated as I am trying to get some furniture sold for my sister to pay rent.
