NO interest in FB at all, never did!! Some find it necessary to put their entire life on there, my DH has a friend who posts all his medical records on there and his medical test results, then asks everyone to discuss the results with him, yikes!!!

I don't understand facebook at all, I had it for a minute years ago and got tired of people posting pictures of food they were eating, I remember people being on there all the time,lol posting everything they were doing, my question is why???  Oh well a lot of people enjoy it I am not one of them.  I use to watch the show cat fish, and all of them met people on facebook, facebook is not a dating site lol

The term Metaverse was first coined by science-fiction author Neal Stephenson in his 1992 novel Snow Crash.

In Stephenson's novel, the Metaverse is a shared virtual space that connects all virtual worlds using the internet and augmented reality. Augmented reality is a technology that superimposes computer-generated images over a user's view of the real world.

Since there seems to be growing confusion on this: I have nothing to do with anything that FB is up to involving the Metaverse, other than the obvious fact that they're using a term I coined in Snow Crash. There has been zero communication between me and FB & no biz relationship..

I am someone who really enjoys Facebook.  I've connected with old school friends (small town in Missouri where we knew each other basically our entire lives), friends I've lost touch with, and new friends.
