@FlowerBear, all the ones being sold to the public are not medical grade. I looked for triple layer. We received them from Etsy a few days ago and are pleased.

My concern with only wearing a mask is your eyes are still without protection. No one seems to talk about that. We should also be covering our eyes when go to the store.
