I have bought anything recent.  For no particular reason.  Zulily has a new owner so I would expect changes.

I gave up on them awhile back. The "deals" weren't good enough for the hassles!

One of my favorites I guess until now if all those changes are made. I will shop elsewhere.

Omg, I just now discovered this , too, as I was just on their site and there is no SMART PAY. Also, on their home page it says "Final Sale. All items must go." Hmmmm, perhaps now they're going out of business?

I have always appreciated their shipping policy as well as the clothes they offered at what I considered fair price points.  When Quarate took over it was all downhill. Perhaps they were trying to get rid of the competition.       

What they should have been doing was follow their selling strategies.Follow their lead.    1.  Shopping cart approach to shipping  2.  Lower prices or more deals.  

I am sure if the Q did all that they would be soaring financially. 

Personally I do not shop QVC much anymore... too expensive productwise and shipping is high per item.

I am very disappointed and I will certainly substantially cut back on any purchases.
