They had a few tempting food items on today .. I was interested in seeing the presentation for the Mama Mancini lasagna roll ups ... I was going to order but, I noticed that both Rachael & Alberti took one taste & put their plates down ...I then assumed it was not that tasty & decided not to order... it was so funny because up to that point they were scoffing down the food & saying how good it was ... I guess I'll have to make my own.

Re: FOOD SHOW THIS AFTERNOON

It's interesting that you mentioned that.  I have ordered his meatballs and really didn't like the flavor.  I had to add more spices and didn't like the texture of the meat.  I've never noticed a difference in their eating on the show.  I'll pay more attention from now on.

If you have a Wegman's, try their Rosina's meatballs.

I stopped making my meatballs...theirs are that good.  They are cooked and frozen, so just heat up in your sauce or bake them or microwave them for sandwiches.

Meat texture and taste....perfect so I don't have to make mine from scratch.

@jlkz   Sounds wonderful unfortunately no Wegman's in my area, but I'll be on the lookout....

If you have a BJ's, look for the Rosina mfg.name on the bag.

Publix also sells these meatballs.
