My Florida ladies did you all feel the shaking around 2:00-2:03 today?  We are in The Villages and I couldn't figure out why the couch was shaking.  I tnough t the dog or cat was messing with me but nope!  Told my husband.  He thought I was nuts until it started popping up on the local news channels.

My friends in Jacksonville felt it also.  Only my 2nd one that I have felt; here and in California (small one).

Nope. I'm outside of Fort Lauderdale and didn't detect anything. Just heard about it on the news.

I was taking a nap. Apparently everyone in the Tampa Bay area felt it. Local weatherman posted a video of his indoor potted palm 🫨 shaking

I knew it! I was sitting at my desk, and we are in a solid Condo in Naples that and I felt something so weird as if the Condo were moving slightly. I have felt an Earthquake once before, years ago and it was much much worse than this was. But at least now I know I wasn't crazy thinking it was another earthquake, because it was!

Well first off it was not a Florida earthquake.

Magnitude 6.1 earthquake strikes off Cuba, felt across Florida

YES felt across Florida but not in Florida. I am 40 miles north  of Tampa and felt nothing.

This shows exactly where it was:

This USGS map shows where reports of feeling the earthquake near Cuba were reported on Monday afternoon. (USGS.gov)
