RRR, sorry you can’t sleep. I get bouts of insomnia so I know how draining it can be. I don’ take any prescription drugs. I try to exercise a lot (walking) and take natural supplements. Quite often insomnia is related to a serotonin deficiency, which can also cause other problems. You may want to do some research into that. Here’s one link I found: http://www.moodcure.com/pdfs/Townsend-Letter-NNTI%20article.docx.pdf

By addressing the above it may help you with other things going on in your life. We all cope differently – some people need to talk it out, some people need to exercise, etc.

Blessings to you.

Stop posting on ALL the forum boards Stop posting about buying expenpsive beauty products, the ex boyfriend, klonopin, restoril, zanax alcohol, depression and being lonely. Maybe instead make an appointment with your counsellor and realize your small town has come to life with neighbors, ballparks, schools, pet stores, gift shops and all the close by fun things you did all summer so get out and enjoy the beautiful FALL season.

Why bother she will never listen to suggestions that are given

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

Make sure your sleeping environment is perfectly dark. No electronics on, no night lights, etc. Stay off the computer for at least an hour before trying to fall asleep.
