Extreme Couponing..revisited

I know there has been threads on this subject but I have just had a chance to watch the show myself.

I think these people have a major mental illness. Unless they are donating to a food pantry or animal shelter, what are they going to do with 90+ bottles of hot sauce, 100+ bottles of mustard..the bags and bags of candy..soda, etc. 75 boxes of cereal, 264 boxes of pasta! That stuff will get bugs and go bad before they eat it all.

Then they have so much stashed it is under the beds in every nook and cranny. It is ridiculous. They get anxious, nervous, sweaty, anxiety the night before..6-8 freezers..

Another thing , I think the stores should not let them split their purchases up so they can get $10 off $50 and also the one store was limiting it one per person..so they call up other people to come and stand in line when they buy it. How about time/gas etc? That would be worth more then ten bucks to me…

I don’t think the stores should allow them to split it up into 18 transactions either. Get tons of carts and monopolize the staff like that.

Then they say how they go down at night to look at the shelves, they freak if it is moved around, all labels have to be facing out etc. It is a sick addiction.

I think the stores should start limiting the amount of coupons they can use at one time on one item. One lady got up at 5 to get to the store early and said that she knows she is emptying the shelves and taking from other customers but “the early bird gets the worm..”..Plus the amount of time they hold up a register. I think somehow the everyday customer will end up paying in the long run for this new FADE.

It is one thing to really go and shop sales and coupons for your weekly shopping but to just shop and shop because you can.

The one lady was shopping for a cookout which I highly doubt she needed to do, nonetheless…I wouldn’t buy much less serve Bar S hotdogs to my family or friends. Those things in Walmart are like 88 cents a pack so you KNOW what quality meat they are!! NOT!!
