Exotic Pets

Such a sad story about the two boys who were strangled by an African rock python in Canada:

They were sleeping at a friend's apartment above an exotic pet store and the python escaped, travelled through the ventilation system and crushed the boys while they were sleeping.

In some parts of the country, exotic animals are being dumped by pet owners once the animal gets too big. It's a huge problem to the ecosystem when non-native species start to invade.

What are your feelings about exotic pets? Should there be more restrictions?
