On Friday, I returned for an exchange a necklace since the chain was tagled.

 

Can you please tell me how long (approximatly) it will take for me to receive the new item?

@Dinaki I reviewed the necklace you returned and our records show the package was scanned by the post office on 1/27/18.  It can take up to 12 days to receive and process a returned item from the time you dropped it off at the post office. Please let me know if you were requesting a refund or a replacement and I will take care of it for you now.

Not sure where you're located.  I'd say 3 to 4 weeks.  It's the busiest time for returns now because of the extended return policy ending Jan 31.

I have just received my replacement.

The necklace is so beautiful and the chain also sparkles.
