I caught the news last week that the Top Value is going away. Those Top Values generated a LOT of sales. Also they required a lot of a particular product. Wonder if that means they will be selling less volume of products now like their regular in stock items. Also wondering how this affects programming. Those Top Value vendors were on 3/4 times/day on wknds. They'll have to be pitching other items now. Don't see this as a good thing. Guess we'll have to see.

Seems like Invicta is on the air 25%of the time on Evine. Had a marathon just last week that went on several days. Would never buy one and switch the channel whenever I see them on!

I don't watch the "watch" programs either. Not something I'm interested in and I wind up not looking at evine because Invicta dominates the programming.

Evine doesn't get in the quantity of products that HSN or QVC do.  Unless an item is brand new, when they show the counter of how many of that particular item has been sold, that is over the course of however long they've been selling the item.  It's not just for that show or that visit.

A lot of times they seem to sell out of a TTV because they don't have a lot of quantity to begin with.  I've never seen them sell 100,000 of an item in the course of a day.  Or even tens of thousands over the course of a day.

I'm not worried about the TTV situation. I watched Evine at Vegas and saw $1500, $1900. $2500 items SELL OUT. 

At QVC it's $38 dolllar stuff that sells out...if then.

Tonight is the first night/morning without a TTV. There are two pages online for "Once Only" buys. Tonight it is fashion, Jewelery and or course Watches.

No, it's more in the 5,000 or so range for Top Values. If something is a new configuration top value how can they factor in past sales? Deceptive advertising if they are doing so.

What they call their deals and features cannot be copied by other channels.  Those terms are protected.
