Did anyone catch the promo tonight with Kathy Levine? During the cooking presentation they said an announcement is coming next week. Any chance theyve snagged Lisa Robertson ?

I think she would have to wait a year before going elsewhere per their contracts so even if she were to go there eventually, it is way too early to know.

There have been two announcements this week.........1) On February 13th-14th the new broadcasting will start with live shows from The Plaza Hotel in NYC. They will be having live shows 24/7 from this point on. The 2/13 debut will be from The Todd English Pavilion with Todd English hosting. 2) A new line of cookware from the Scotto family is being introduced. The Scottos have a very popular restaurant in NYC. They are supposedly introducing many proprietary brands and the tie in to NYC is the slogan ""The city that never sleeps"" because EVINE is never going to be sleeping either. What I find interesting is that Todd English has been in legal trouble and used to sell his cookware on HSN. The Scottos also sold something on HSN (I think) or Q. Could EVINE still be scooping up the leftovers from the other shopping networks ?

Bingo! Nothing's changed. It's still a struggling shopping channel that cannot attract customers or high profile. big name vendors. You can put lipstick on a pig......but it's still a pig.

I'm not as up to date on Lisa as a lot of people on these forums, but I really can't see her going from QVC to this elephant graveyard of former QVC hosts.
