Even icicles. This tank in Pampa, Texas (Panhandle) froze and burst creating what might be the winter's largest icicle.

Wo! Sometimes I get icicles that are like 3-4' long and I thought that was pretty amazing.

Yes, I would say that is a pretty good size icicle. If there is a positive side it might be that there will be a new water tower put in place. Hopefully they will do that rather than try to "patch" that one. Fingers crossed.
