Yes, that is where I learned to sleep with my eyes open. lol

When I was in cosmetology school they would make us watch these long boring films.

 When they put the lights out I would go to the back of the class and sit under the hair dryer on low and put the timer on so when the film was over I would wake up. It was so warm and cozy under there.

We got away with it because the teacher would put the film on and leave and not come back until it was over.

Plus they never asked us questions about what we watched.

I think they were using that as a break.

I wish they had that for meetings!

Not to that extreme but I remember some where there was lots of yawning going around

Yes, I have been in those meetings. But worse is when you think it is almost over and that one Jack@$$ wants the speaker to expound on point A again because they just didn't understand and the whole room does a silent scream.

Yes, every place i worked seem to feel a need to have meetings...often...because i always had problems with lack of sleep....those meetings were real difficult to stay awake...especially if you have a boring speaker...or a dull topic..

Unfortunately, yes! A few times a week!

Not one like that.  But I've been to many a meeting where the participants are sitting up straight....and sound sleeping....with their eyes wide open.
