I have seen kits climb Mt Shelley before but this was a continuous procession lol
there was a Twilight episode (I think) where the villagers take down a giant and stake him down with rope - kits will take down the prey - we need all the kits and cats - there are 16 of them - scary thought if all your pets turn on you
did u hear Shelley say ouch - tiny claws hurt

Hysterical! Those kits are single minded in their climbing.
New baby at KK Playroom is so sweet -- lovely face and tiny, short legs.
I haven't been to KK Playroom in a while. I go through stages in my viewing. Getting crazy in my old age
What I have found, however, is unless you chat ALL the time, you are ignored. And, I guess that's not a bad thing in most cases.
Watching any of them is an emotional roller coaster.
Have you seen Foster Dad John's group with mama Gamora. She has a tail like a big duster and she is really floofy.

@Yahooey Aura actually ate some wet food right out of the bowl when Nakea was eating there. She also took a kibble, but I don't know if she actually swallowed that. It looked so nice seeing her eat even if only a bite.

I was just advised about this and know nothing more at this time.
Shelly is calling Dr. F right now. Aura chewed off the tube during the current feeding and the tube is down her throat and Shelly can't reach it to pull it out.

Aura swallowed about 4-1/2 inches of the feeding tube. On Dr. F.'s advice Shelly is taking Aura to the emergency vets for x-rays, etc.
Aura is sleeping, breathing normally and not trying to swallow like the tube is stuck. Acting normal.

OMG - prayers from our tiny village that sweet Aura will be okay

Hi Everyone....Updates on precious Aura!
Aura just left to get some x-rays done, but remains unconcerned about her little snack earlier. I have been advised that now that she knows how to bite through the tube, it is no longer safe to tube feed her... so just taking a minute to let that sink in!
The current plan is to see where the tube is and hope it passes on its own. If it does
not pass, it will need to be removed surgcally which we all hope to avoid!
UPDATE: 10:15pm - We are heading home shortly for a sleepless night in hopes it will pass on its own. It is quite long, but it is not kinked or bent in a way that is concerning at this point. Please send all of your thoughts and prayers that she can push it through.
UPDATE 9:42pm - Just posted a video and update of Aura playing in my lap. She is doing well, and just went in for x-rays to see where the tube is.
Here's Aura, purring away just moments before she bit of...f the end of her feeding tube and swallowed about 4.5" of it. Our tiny scamp did not seem at all phased by this, but I definitely was!
After a quick consult with Dr. F from Mountain View Veterinary Hospital, we are at Canada West Veterinary Specialists to see what they recommend. They have a great team of specialists here, so if she needs a procedure to remove the tube she will be in very capable hands. She is currently stable and sleeping with her Wedge O'Potamus, as if nothing out of the ordinary has happened.
Please send positive thoughts and energy our way! I will update this post as I get information... Just another unpredictable day at TinyKittens!

@Marp That tiny little kitty sure is causing a lot of waves of concern. Let's hope all will go well the natural way.
But how will she get fed from now on? I guess someone will figure something out.
Thanks for keeping us updated.
