Epic 5

Rich Roll is a total inspiration for me and I was watching one of his videos The Queens of Epic 5 early this am and was blown away.  There are times in life when we need a little push and this interview did it for me.  I wanted to pass this along to my sisters who might share my enthusiasm and joy after watching.  I'll certainly be in the gym crushing it to my current ability this morning.  Focus and priorities are so critical; it is not only talent that allows us to accomplish but also mindset/dedication.
