Ensure Clear

Does anyone know if this is okay to take during the fast for hysterectomy surgery? It has protein and vitamins in it but not vitamin E. The info pack from the doctor states not to take Vitamin E but I wonder if any vitamins would be an issue.

Used the peach flavored Ensure Clear during the fast for a colonoscopy and it really made me feel better. ALSO any hints on making the horrid magnesium citrate more tolerable???? Have to take 2 bottles.{#emotions_dlg.crying}
