I just finished watching it on YouTube. Admittedly, I did fast forward to most of the sales demos/pitches. She deserved all the accolades she has received. A very special person, indeed.

I'm relieved that The Great Retirement is over and Mary Beth was ceremoniously dispatch into retirement. This has been mentioned and bemoaned for months, way too long. QVC sure knows how to run these occasions into the ground.

I wish this forum would also offer a "Thumbs Down" for some of these poster's comments instead of just "Hearts"! All retirees deserve wonderful memories from their co-workers and viewers![]()

I was thinking the same thing.

I couldn't help but think of this quote during MaryBeth's sendoff:
I think it went like this: "A heart is not judged by how much you love, but how much you are loved by others. " Maybe from the Wizard of Oz movie, not sure. But this is what I came away with watching all her friends and colleagues.

Mary Beth earned and deserved the sendoff that she had, and more. I will really miss her. It is indeed the end of an era. She can never be replaced. ![]()

@Luv2Watch , thank you for sharing your thoughts. Very well said. I feel the same. I thoroghly enjoyed her show last night. I am really going to miss her. Watching QVC today, It's sad to think she's one of the last from the "good ole days" of thei Q. And nobody can show-prep like Mary Beth.

"lives her faith and isn't afraid to show it."
What an odd thing to say.
