Why do some get this and not others??? Is it because I have not purchased enough from them to be offered that deal? I tried to use the www.qvc.com/special and it said it wasn't offered on my account ???? WHY NOT???

I was going to purchase something and will call customer service and see if they will extend it, if not I won't bother!
