I just posted on another thread how great Ellen was....she is so relaxed doing her thing...she makes everyone comfortable....just like her daily show...

Loved when she went out into the audience and talked with them....taking pictures...eating pizza...collecting money....all the changes of clothes...she was wonderful hosting...she should do it every year....

I usually turn the Oscars off part way through. But not when Ellens there! Shes the BEST! Cant believe she ordered pizza and they all took a group selfie AND crashed twitter!. LOL.

Wrong; she DID make a joke of Liza Minelli. I agree Liza looked hideous with her free-flying boobs and was a total disaster but I thought Ellen's jokes were mean.

John Travolta looked like a freak, with his cheeks so big they almost squeeze his eyes shut, and wearing the worst hairpiece I've ever seen. If he's going to use a hairpiece, use a GOOD one, not one that looks so shiny it's almost blinding.

Ellen was fabulous. I love her sense of humor.

i love watching her talk show in the afternoon! she is so funny and it is so easy for her.

she is so genuine and real.

Overall I thought it was a good show and Ellen did a good job. Two of her opening jokes rubbed me the wrong way: the one already discussed about Liza and the other announcing Jane Squibb's age and implying she was hard of hearing and confused.

I loved the singing.

I watched the Jimmy Kimmel show afterward and thought Kevin Spacey was hilarious...loved his impression of Johnny Carson.
