That was totally delightful--thanks for sharing it.  I had seen it before, but worth another look for sure.  Oh, to have a world full of people like Gladys (and Ellen!).

That call was truly funny...now if the Q. got calls like that ..think how much fun that would be...the calls wouldn't be so annoying...
