Elle Magazine- does ANYONE think her face WASN'T redesigned?

The BIG TOPIC IS THE VOLUMINOUS COAT, and no one notices that her face, while absolutely gorgeous, is obviously the face of a woman much thinner than she is in real life? Talk about manipulating photography! This one takes the cake (I'll have carrot-pineapple with extra cream cheese frosting please).
