For the last month,I've been getting calls from an energy provider (on caller I.D. it shows the name Startel, LLC),that just won't take NO as an answer....Tuesday night the man who called was very aggressive,and continued talking while I was speaking,and when I finally got the upper-hand on the conversation,and told him I didn't care what he could save me,just don't call again,...his come back was,that were in a recession,and he just can't understand why I wouldn't want to save money....Finally I just got loud,said I don't want any change's made,said not to call me ever again,and to take my name off their list...Well last night (Thurs.), guess who called again???? How do I stop this?? Doesn't No mean NO any longer ??
