Eight Year Old Botox User

If anyone has watched the last couple years of "Toddlers And Tiaras"- isn't this the little girl whose father is the unusual man who makes all of her costumes and does her dances from the audience as she does them?

THe whole spectacle was harrowing. I kept waiting for a DYFS investigator to enter the TV screen and arrest her mother.
