So I have a rant that I'd like to share. I was over on the "What Are You Reading -- March?" thread in Entertainment and I saw quite a few recommendations. I was really interested in one in particular, "Rush Home Road: A Novel" by Lori Lansens. So, I went to Amazon first because they just offer up much more information then B&N (even though I own a nook). Amazon is offering this book in print as a bargain price of $5.60. I wasn't interested in the print version. So now I go to B&N and I look to see how much it is for the nook version. And to my suprise the electronic version was $9.99!!!! I was shocked to say the least, I mean there is absolutely no overhead for an electronic version of a publication. So back to Amazon I go just to see how much they are offering the electronic version for because over in the Electronics forum all you'll ever see is how much better off you are with the Kindle then the nook. Well guess what??? Amazon was offering the E-version for the same exact price as B&N! WTH??!! It's this kind of stuff that really irks the Krap out of me. Needless to say I'm buying the print version for $5.60.

I just had to get on my soapbox and rant about this little scam publishers are pulling. I'm done. Have a nice weekend.
