I recently joined Ebates and wonder why I waited so long! Free money back just for shopping for the things I would buy anyway!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

My question is why QVC is not participating in this program? EBay does as well as HSN and with HSN I not only got a rebate, I received a $10.00 coupon on my order!

QVC just DOES NOT GET "IT". They are such a tight wad in giving back to the consumer who is their bread and water. No Paypal, no, coupons, no REAL markdowns.... I just am getting to the point where I would rather give my purchase money to those companies who appriciate their customers. More and more I am shopping elsewhere than QVC.

Perhaps this "tightwad" effect at QVC boils over into the pay of their hosts and vendors compared to other networks... and thus why they have lost several very good hosts/ vendors and losing more....

It is good to be frugal, but, to be CHEAP is a whole different thing. Easy pays are not a big deal... everyone gives easy pays, and the other channels offer them all the time. Time for QVC to wake up and join the real world of shopping where treatment of the consumer comes first.

I use mrrebates and QVC participates. No reason to not use both mrrebates and ebates.

Thankyou Krimpette. I was not aware of mrrebates.

I use both also. And sometimes IF a particular retailer doesn't do either of those, they use Upromise . . . I've also earned almost 300.00 through them . . . use to LL Bean didn't use both, same for Belk/Parisian . . . I've said it here before . . . I just click through www.evrewards.com to see who has the "best if any" rebates or free shipping codes or extra % off codes . . . as it does vary between the main two . . . ebates & mrrebates on percentages. And THEN I "click-thru" there to the best deal vs. checking them individually. Oh also shopdiscover shows up on the evrewards list too when it is available.

OVC DOES participate in the Ebates program. The hard part when first getting started, is to remember to go to Ebates first, before accessing your shopping site. If you forget, they can't correct things after the fact.

QVC is on ebates. They give 2.5% back.

I only use Mr. Rebates. I like having everything under one location.

I prefer ebates . . . IF all else is equal . . . i.e. % . . . because of the tracking ticket ability they have. I've lost out on a rebate or two through mrrebates . . . but ebates with the tracking ticket almost immediately credits the rebate ""while they investigate"" and then it become a permanent credit upon their completion. Doesn't happen often but it does happen with all of them it seems . . . probably on the retailers end . . especially IF they ship your larger orders in multiple shipments.

I guess I tried using QVC on Ebates and it did not work for some reason. I will check into it. I do like the little extra savings as every little bit helps. A coupon or two would be nice from QVC as well... but you can not ask for the world...

I'm not sure what you mean exactly but you can track through Mr. Rebates as well. I had an issue with some purchases through HSN and was able to go on Mr. Rebates and under My Account there is a Click Summary and it shows the date, time and store that you were on when you went through Mr. Rebates.

Doesn't work for A-D's or Easy Pay.
