Ebates app in physical store??

I use Mr. Rebates solely, but I was talking to someone tonight who uses Ebates app on her phone and she can use it in a physical store.

For example, she was at Kohl's checkout in the store and they scanned the Ebates app on her phone.

That sounds great!

Does anyone else have any experience with using Ebates in a brick and mortar store??

Hi, yes, I've used it at BigLots and Bed Bath&Beyond. You sign up and have a credit card linked to your Ebates account/wallet. Not a ton of B&M's participate (if you're familiar with Ebates, just do an in-store search for a particular store) in the App, to find out if they participate then you would click 'link' the in-store offer(s) to your shopping trip.

It's pretty simple & user friendly to set up this Ebates perk too.

Kohl's, Macy's, Bath & Body Works, etc. to name a few, participate in my area.

Thank you for the info. I would be a little hesitant about putting a credit card in the app, but I guess it's safe??

I have this same concern. After having my card compromised many times, I refuse to have it associated with any App and won't set up Apple Pay on my phone.
