Oh, that wacky Qvc.  So, today I received an email from Qvc giving me 5 Easy Pays on any item over $50, to be used before 1/31.  Great!!  I thought, until I clicked on it and saw the cs number to call the order in to and....a note saying  "your account is not eligible for this offer".  Huh?  Why did they send me the email if it wasn't meant for me?????  Look, I'm a frequent customer, I buy two or three things a week.  My Ups guy is like family, he's at my house so often.  So, I'm not angry.  I find it strange that they would give me something with one hand and snatch it way with the other hand.....lol

I would call customer service and ask them what is going on?????

I never get those offers anymore.  But, sometimes the offers go out before the computer system is updated.  If you are eligible, customer service should be able to activate it on your account.  Good luck!

I got that email but I received it on January 1.  It's odd that you'd get it today and have only ten days to use it by.  I would call CS.

I also just got the e-mail today.  But I haven't tried to see if it works.
