doggymom.... I agree and will sit watching and listening on occasion wondering when the show I had on virtually all the time back in the day became annoying??  That is the perfect word for it.  Many of the shows, hosts, merchandise, patter, reps have gotten annoying.... and yes, I often turn the channel completely off.  I don't know when this started, but it's definitely a part of it now.  Woman Frustrated

Don't some of you all understand that easy pay is interest free. you pay interest on a cc if you don't pay the total in full so EP is better.

There have been requests here and there on the board asking for more easy pay.  We now have more easy pay.

Easy pay is interest free, IF you pay off the balance each time. I would wager that many are buying lots on easy pay, but never paying the balance each month, therefore defeating the purpose.

I know there are many people who get very excited about easy pay, and I'm glad it is there for them. For me, it really only makes sense for large ticket items, a good way to pay over several months without interest. I don't find any benefit in taking a $19 item and spreading it out for months on end. I'm sure some folks are appreciative of that and it is helpful for their budgeting.

What would really be beneficial would be more free shipping, and the return of half price shipping on additional items of the same item number going to the same address. Even though they have reduced shipping, and it saves you on one item, if you are buying multiples, it now tends to add up to more in the shipping category than it did when they offered half on the additional purchases, even with a higher shipping.

Easy pay-palooza.

It's nuts.

I like to use EZ pay if I'm trying something for the first time or with clothing that I might have to exchange. That way if I have a return I don't have a large amount tied up on my account because I do like to pay it in full. I don't want a $200 credit on my account because I paid and then had a return.  Just much easier with smaller amounts. I'm not buying clothes from QVC anymore though. Too much for all the shipping.

For those that have a "payment mentality", it works.

Amen to this.

I would love to see more free shipping, but I like EZ Pay.  Yes, it is like free money to me.  I pay my bill in full every month so it doesn't cost me anything extra to extend the payments.  I don't buy enough to get into trouble with it.

QVC does not have a new CEO. The man who has been in charge for years is still in charge, though their domestic operations chief left last September and has largely, it seems, been 'replaced' by an internal shuffling and reassignment of duties. There might or might not be some actual new blood in the corner offices, but pretty clearly, huge strides have not been made toward reinventing a somewhat stale operation.

There are lots of things I think we'd all like to see QVC do in the way of incentives (real sales, real clearance, a truly better shipping policy, etc.) but for now, they seem intent on smoke and mirrors and more available Easy Pay.
