I think that's so funny, but that would have never been tolerated at our Easter dinner table when I was a kid. Sad, but true.

Nor at mine, I imagine, but two things crossed my mind the instant I realized this wasn't going to be a little Easter song she had learned in pre-school:

  1.  Make a joyful noise...and

  2.  Suffer the little children. . ..

@jubilant  I completely agree with you about smiles in Heaven over her choice of song-prayer.  It was so sweetly innocent.

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.

Yep!  I think even God smiled down on that one!  That's one the family will talk about for years.  So sweet and, yes, so innocent.
