OMG! I opened this thread to actually see if one had real worms crawling around in their ears, only to find I have them, terribly. Different songs and the words to them are just in my mind every second it seems. It's driving me crazy. I don't have them when watching TV. Right now, it's "Saturday Night In the Park", if there ever was such a song! I'm glad I'm not alone.{#emotions_dlg.blushing}

mm

O>K., just reread the posts, and I see some one mentioned it, or something like it, that's how easy it happens to me.{#emotions_dlg.confused1} I remember it now, and if it's the same song, I like it too.

my edit 2

"Cats are like potato chips, you can never have just one".

Most young people have sustained enough hearing loss that volume levels must be much higher so that movie dialogue can be understood. Therefore people who have NOT sustained noise caused hearing damage have to suffer the elevated volume levels. Makes no sense at all, but that's the truth.

Don't feel too bad, I end up singing or humming these songs and I don't even realize I'm doing it. That includes out in public. Very embarrassing.

I can always count on getting the ear worm each year around Christmas after watching It's a Wonderful Life. ""Buffalo Girls"" anyone? Seems to stay with me for days. Just thinking of it and now I'll probably have it!

Compared to the previous songs listed, this is a very current ear worm. It's in several commercials...and played @ the gym....alllll the time:

I'm so fancy
You already know
I'm in the fast lane
From L.A. to Tokyo
I'm so fancy
Can't you taste this gold?
Remember my name
'Bout to blow

Who that, who that, I-G-G-Y
