If you purchased it what do you think? I like it, it has great power and lots of accessories but when you turn it on air from the motor blows in my face.....is that normal? Thanks.

I hope you will get responses. I am in need of a vacuum and I don't know if I want to invest $400-$500.

Can't help you with the wind in your face as I've never spent that kind of money on any vacuum cleaner. Right now I have 2 $119 Hoovers that I bought over on hsn and with our 11 indoor only felines and my wife's foster boxer? They get a real workout and they keep on running and running and running.

The models I have are easily converted to either floor or hand whichever one chooses and with just one connection/disconnection. Very happy with them as they do a super job.

I might just have to return the vacuum, the air blowing thing really bothers me! I think I will give Dyson a call this morning....
