If you ordered something from QVC.com on Sunday when they were having technical difficulties, you might want to check your order status. Something I ordered was duplicated. Glad I noticed it and canceled the duplicate in time.

I had that happen to me when they had the same "technical difficulties" a couple of weeks ago.
I had seven duplicates on my account!

A lot of people either had duplicate orders or their orders never went though. It just seems like a big mess.

This happened to me, too. But when I called CS they said they could not cancel the order because it was in process. As I pointed out, it was their fault and their website problems, but no, nothing can be done.
I must wait, open, fill out form and go to PO to send back. A nuisance! and don't mark it refused because they can't track that and you'll end up stuck with two charges and one item!

Thank you for the heads up, I just check my order status and sure enough there was a duplicate that I was able to cancel on my own and then I called up customer service to verify that it was canceled. It was canceled.
And, when I went to look at my order status they placed the order at the original price, not the lunchtime special price that I should have received when I ordered it.

This happened to me too. I emailed Customer Service and they wrote back and said my order did not go through. I placed it again and it went through that time. This morning I saw that they duplicated the order. I tried to cancel the one they placed this morning but it wouldn't let me cancel. It will probably sit there for another 5 days before shipping.

this just happened to me today, and I'm unable to cancel the order. I called customer service and they are unable to cancel the order as well because it's in process. I don't understand why they can't contact the fulfullment department and cancel the order! It was just placed today and has not been shipped, the label hasn't even been printed. There's no excuse for not being able to cancel it. Then customer service told me I would have to pay for return shipping on the second shipment, but she made a note on the order so I can call back to see if they will reimburse shipping. So, not only are they tying up my money, but acting like they will do me a favor if they decide to reimburse my shipping! I'm starting to get turned off on QVC! Many of the items I purchase from QVC could be purchased cheaper on Amazon, or other sites, but I've been loyal to QVC because they've always had good customer service. That seems to be changing!

I seem to remember a law, if a company sends you something you didn't order you can keep it without charge.

Maybe it's old and no longer in effect. I think it was in the 70s.
Companies sending out unordered items & billing customers.
If still valid maybe it would apply with these orders.
