Dunn trial - innocent or guilty?

After all this deliberation, what do you think the verdict will be?

Not what you THINK it should be - but what do you think the JURY will decide?

I say not guilty.

I hope you are wrong. Difficult to separate the two, I believe he is guilty... I am not sure how the jury could come back with anything but guilty.

I think he will be found guilty of AT LEAST:

Attempted for the 3 boys that were in the car besides Jordan

Firing missiles or a gun into a vehicle.

Now: I think they SHOULD find him guilty of Jordan's killing too, but I cannot predict a jury's take on some things.

Hopefully, at least manslaughter, but maybe 2nd degree - my guess.

I hope you're wrong, hopefully Florida gets it right this time, they have a history of letting killers go free. Let's hope this young man gets justice.

Re: Dunn trial - innocent or guilty?

Guilty of first degree premeditated murder. As we now know from other trials, premeditation can involve just a minute of thinking. He had time to engage in verbal banter with them and then decided to shoot. He could have just driven away. Bottom line - loud music and kids mouthing off is no excuse for shooting them dead. Common sense.

Not guilty. It's Florida.
