Dumpster Diving

I understand (from a thread that just got the big POOF) that there is a group of people (a story about them appeared on 60 Minutes I think the poster said) who find FABULOUS food in the dumpster around restaurants that throw it away.

They say that they put together FEASTS from the dumpsters, hating to see good food go to waste.

Now, I hate to see good food go to waste, but I find the idea of digging food out of a dumpster to be kind of disgusting.

Would you eat food that was taken out of a dumpster?
