People who do not turn on their headlights when they have their windshield wipers on- it is the law in my state.

Tailgating, especially on the interstste!

Swerving in and out of lanes, especially on the interstate!

People who won't turn on headlights when it is raining!

People who "lay" on the horn.

Drivers who pull out, in front of me .

Slow drivers. (way below the speed limit)

Drivers who don't let other cars into the main street, from a business.

Drives who know you need to make a lane change, but don't let you in. (and you miss the turn)

Drivers who don't leave enough space between the cars, when driving.

This is well said, but you missed one thing.  Drivers who won't turn on their headlights when it's dark outside on the interstate!!!!!

This is interesting.  I've never heard about that.  What is the premise for having to have your headlights on if you're using your windshield wipers?  Just curious.  Smiley Happy

I think visibility in adverse weather. Quite a few states require this.

Ohhhh, I think it just clicked into my stupid brain that if it is raining enough to have the windshield wipers on constant, there is probably less visiblity.  D'oh!    We don't even get rain that hard so it never occurred to me.

Thanks!  Smiley Happy

@ninjawife, I live in New York and it's the law here, has been for years. I can't believe these people aren't aware of it.

@Jordan2  Are you saying that you back out of your driveway onto the street?  I am just curious, we aren't allowed to do that in our state (though a lot of people do so and I understand why they do so).

You have to either back out of your driveway or back in, which is just as dangerous.

@Allegheny  Your nickname leads me to think you live in Pa. There is no law in Pa against backing out of your driveway. Most people have no choice.
