Most boring test EVER. DH and I took it a few months ago online. I will not  take it again.

I took the AAA online course a few months ago and almost ran screaming from the room every time I sat down at the computer to work on it. Booooooring!  And I thought it was stupid in that it seemed to focus very strongly on statistics, rather than actual tips that would help me drive more safely. Didn't learn a thing! The only good thing about it was the discount on my insurance policy.

@Another new name Sue - not the one I did.  It was like reading the new drivers manual with visuals for 6 hours and you couldn't turn the page until you had spent so many minutes on the page you were on.

I sat here saying to myself, oh gawd kill me now.  The only reason I finished it was because I had paid for it.  If I had paid half the price I did and it really wasn't a lot, I would have abandoned it after an hour!

I can't imagine what it would have been like in a classroom setting and not the kitchen table.

@CelticCrafter My friend and her husband took the classroom version, and it sounded much better. The instructor made an effort to keep things somewhat entertaining, and best of all, it was over in one day. I think I'd rather just give up a Saturday next time, like they did.

@SilleeMee, it was  $24.95 for the course with an option of audio and for videos (two separate options for more money of course). They charge you a state reporting fee (they notify the DMV you took the course), you have an option of the delivery of the letter they send you to show your insurance ( I got the free delivery, you pay for upgrades but I paid $2.95 for rush processing). In total it was $34.85. You should check online for different prices. I used the same course 3 years ago, they sent me an email with a $34.85 price. You would think since I used them before they would offer me the $24.95 instead of me having to search for it.

I just finished the course, I just wanted to get it over with. I really wanted to rip my hair out after it was over!
