Honestly, I dream of the day when I can write a check for a car and not have to pay a loan off.

My son in law has a Mustang (older one that is hopped up with all the perks). He only drives it in warm weather.

I don't have a dream car. We only drive Subarus. Good in snow, hold their value, fully loaded, comfy, heated seats for my back, blah blah blah. lol. Another words at my age I am a practical person.

But if had my choice I would still have an old car from the 60s or 70s. Just because they were cool...lol..

I used to date a gentleman who drove one of these in the summer. It was fast and red and lots of fun!

I always thought I would like a Jaguar! I used to see this older Jag cruising around. It was a dark bottle green, with caramel leather seats and interior. It was so classy looking and I fell in love with it!!!

I also like the smaller sporty models of the Mercedes --- don't know the exact model. And I do like red in this!

I was lucky to have owned 7 dream cars in my life.

4 Corvettes - 74, 76, 77 and 84

69 Dodge Coronet 500

69 Pontiac GTO

95 Z-28 Camaro

Wish I had kept them all...

Now I drive a big ole truck - my muscle car days are over

Had 2 of my dream cars decades ago. My first was: I told everyone in my family that "some day" I would own a Thunderbird, and in 1960 I ordered one especially made for me. I was not yet 21 years old but had lots of excellent credit.

My 2nd dream car was a 1970 Mustang Mach I with a Shaker Hood. Those were and are the only 2 cars that I really wanted to own and that is exactly what I managed to do. Still like looking a show cars and just plain old new factory made cars, but I have no more thoughts about any being a "dream car".
