I have found the eggs at T.J. tasting ok, short of the better and more expensive ones at Whole Foods. Recently I bought jumbo eggs at T.J. and every single one had double egg yolks, and couldn't believe it. I asked one of the managers who claims that in time they all run together and then you have a one yolk egg. To me that sounded like nonsens. To him, that meant they were extremely fresh and had not grown together yet.
I am not kidding. What do YOU think? Is the joke (no pun intended) on me??
TIA ~~ Magenta
