i have had frozen items last four days and still stay frozen in the styrofoam container with little or no dry ice left.

the best thing about qvc is is that they will give you a full refund if you have any problems with the food order.....no questions asked.....even if you dont like the product.

I am happy to report that the croissants just arrived and they’re still frozen!
