Does your Facebook page match your resume?

Just spent two weeks helping DH go through over 300 resumes that he received for a few jobs he is hiring.....the first thing he did is go to the person's Facebook page. What an eye-opener. DH dumped over half the resumes after viewing their posts/photos. With graduation season upon us, please remind your kids if they are going out into the working world to purge all the college-years nuttiness from social media.

Most companies now screen applicants through social media now.....so make sure what they find puts you in the best possible light! Google yourself or your kids.....you may be surprised!
