I am all for fun and color however, Josie has always represented natural and organic to me and this blue hair screams not natural! If she's happy go for it! A very teenage look though...

Josie explained that was what her hair looked like when she was 14 working at an ice cream shop.....she describes her tsv as ice cream flavors.....
