@LilacTree  How are your physical therapy sessions going?  Didn't you say a therapist was coming to your house twice weekly?  I hope the therapy is going well for you and you are on the road to recovery from your broken shoulder.  I'm sorry if I missed any post where you might have mentioned it.  Be well.

Probably for a few weeks after Christmas for those that got Q gift cards. Also in January we will be seeing all the exercise equipment for a New Year New You. They are quite predictible. Boring.

@georgia1923

My shoulder therapy was going well until three days after Thanksgiving when the doc said what I have is a virus.  I asked my PT not to come because I didn't want her to catch it.  We will get back to it next week and I can already see I've lost ground.  I've been trying to keep up with it on my own.

Yesterday went to ortho doc (I've now seen three in that practice) for the soft tissue damage to my knees.  There's nothing that can really be done for it, it may take a year or more to heal.  She suggested Salonpas lidocaine gel patches and a topical solution called Pennsaid. Nothing else they can do.  Oh, she also gave me a wrap for the left knee which may help.  I am wearing it now.  I am able to walk, so I'm not that concerned about it (until I bang it into something, LOL).

Thanks for asking, Terri.
