Does anyone get this poo issue

My Olivia loves rope toys. She will chew on them until they literally start to fall apart. Sometimes I find the yarn/fibers on the carpet or floor. Sometimes though when her poo starts she cannot get it all the way out. Today I literally had to pull a piece out and it had fibrous stuff all through it.

Or is this just a weird rat terrier thing?
