From what I remember reading, frequent returners get a warning letter first that they are in danger of losing their purchasing privileges if they continue to return too many items. If they do continue, then, yes, QVC suspends their accounts and they are no longer able to order.
It hasn't been brought up lately, but this was their policy some time ago as reported here on the forum from those that had it happen to them.

I wish more retail operations cut those returns off. Good customers end up paying higher prices due to the people who return too much.
Years ago when Target tightened their return policy, profits sky-rocketed.

@Desertdi I think that is very good of them! I wish more retailers did, but QVC is especially bad about wanting to push less-than-wonderful stuff off on folks.
Come on now, are you really trying to put the blame for someone buying and returning excessively on QVC? Lol. Exactly when does personal responsibility kick in? No one is making that purchase but the buyer.

I wonder if anyone who has been cut off has tried purchasing again...maybe years later or under another email.

I was at TJ Maxx once and saw a pair of jeans with menst---l blood on them. It made me feel bad for the people whose job was processing doing returns. There is a such a thing as going too far, and stores and retail department stores should discourage customers who cannot or will not follow guidelines.

So true @snipsnapsnur ! Why blame QVC because one returns a lot. SMH.
