Does FACEBOOK Make You HAPPY or SAD?

Sometimes FB makes me feel sad. Wondered how you sometimes feel if you are on FB. (I sometimes feel sad because I feel I revert to a younger stage of my life when I was less confident.)

So, just wondering: Does FACEBOOK Make you HAPPY or SAD? (OR sometimes one way, and then sometimes the other!)
