The recent changes to the format cutting down the listings to one page, leaving off a lot of channels and making the print smaller really made me upset. I called them and told them about it too but I am sure one little squeaky voice won't make a difference . I know I can use my guide on my TV but this way was so much easier for me and I could scan with my eyes sometimes 2 pages at a time really quickly . Oh well . Why did they "fix " it? it wasn't broke.

I used to get the TV Guide every week and hated it when they started changing it. It became a TV magazine instead of a guide - no more easy to read listings by date and time - you had to go all over the magazine to find what you wanted, and then half the time I couldn't find it. I stopped taking it years ago. I didn't think it could get any worse than it was.

I like to go to tvguide.com. You just plug in your zipcode and service you're using. I also use the guide on the tv. But when I type in a movie or program into the search box on tvguide.com, it brings up the listings very fast and is convenient.

I use zap2it.com for my listings. I didn't know TV Guide was still published.

i have a subscription to tv guide, but i dont use it to find out what is on......i purchased it more for the articles and blurbs about what is going on in tv land and beyond. i use my online guide OR the cable guide on the tv to find what i want to watch usually.

I finally gave up on it about a year ago. It seems they print it out so far in advance, and too many changes get made by the time it reaches us.

TV Listings Guide and TV Schedule , Where to Watch TV ... - ...
Just put in your time zone and it will take you to your stations for that day.
I use this since out local newspaper quit putting the listing in the paper last October and wanted us to buy TV Weekly to be mailed. I just refuse to PAY to SEE what's coming on tv.

I still get it but often times, one issue covers two weeks and the information is all wrong. Back when I was a kid, we looked forward to the small edition that was delivered to our mailbox. There were only about six channels to cover so every single hour of programming was listed in TV Guide. Now mine only covers the primetime shows.

nafecar,
I also called and explained I bought the magazine for tv listings not entertainment news that I could care less about. The young man I spoke to was very nice. He said they haven't decided yet what format they are keeping but happy to get the comments so lets hope more people complain. I will cancel if they kept the new one as it is awful![]()
